Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Wonderchirp (wonderchirp.com) is operated by Tellus Inc. (47 Shimoshingashi, Kawagoe, Saitama, Japan). Wonderchirp is made for parents to use together with their children. This policy explains what information we handle and why. In short: no accounts, no cookies for tracking, and we never collect children's personal information.

Information we collect

The question you type. When you ask a question, we store its text so we can make a video that answers it.

Your email address, only if you choose to give it (for example, to hear about a paid plan). It is optional and never required to use Wonderchirp.

A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to apply the daily limit on new questions. We do not store the IP address itself.

Simple usage counts, such as which pages were viewed and whether a video was watched to the end. These are tied to a daily hash of IP address and browser type, not to a name or account, and we do not set cookies for them.

Page view and performance statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

A few small settings saved only in your own browser (localStorage), such as whether you have already seen a notice. This stays on your device.

Children

Wonderchirp is directed to parents and caregivers. We do not create accounts for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please do not include names, addresses, school names, photos or other personal details in a question.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact hello@wonderchirp.com and we will delete it.

How we use information

To make and show the video that answers your question, to send an email you asked for, to keep the service safe and within its daily limits, and to understand in aggregate how Wonderchirp is used so we can improve it.

Questions are reviewed by automated checks. A question and the video made from it may be published on Wonderchirp and on our YouTube channel so other families can watch it. Published videos never include your email address or any information about who asked.

We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads.

Service providers

To make videos, the text of a question is sent to AI providers that write the script, draw the pictures and record the narration: OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Fish Audio. Videos are rendered on Amazon Web Services. The site, its database and its storage run on Cloudflare. These providers process the data on our behalf to provide the service.

YouTube

We publish Wonderchirp videos to our own YouTube channel (@wonderchirpkids) using YouTube API Services. This is used only by us to upload our own videos; Wonderchirp does not access, collect or store any data about visitors' YouTube accounts. Watching our videos on YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Access granted to our uploader can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

How long we keep information

Questions and the request records needed to run and debug the service are kept while the service operates. Email addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your question or email at any time.

Your choices and contact

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@wonderchirp.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
